Tier 4: rapid re-housing & independent living
Our Tier 4 program provides short- to medium-term rental assistance and housing-focused case management for veterans through Supportive Services for Veteran Families (Rapid Re-Housing) and HUD Emergency Solutions Grants. We focus on landlord engagement, preventing return to homelessness, and rental assistance limits.
